Our client, an established and respected member of the media and entertainment space, is seeking to hire a Human Resource Director to lead the current HR team.
The role will be required to work closely with the APAC senior management to support the growth in Asia and to provide overall Human Resources leadership to the APAC region. You will be expected to be an effective HR business partner who is able to operate at the management level and build good relationships with your stakeholders as well as an individual on the ground who can communicate well with your fellow colleagues/employees.
The successful candidate should have a BA or BS degree and more than 5 years generalist experience in the HR department of a small to medium organization. A strong knowledge of all areas of HR, employee relations, employment law is a given. What is more critical is that the candidate must be confident and can stand his/her ground where necessary, be able to react and execute quickly and not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and get his/her hands dirty.
