Working within a dynamic team, a HKEx listed property developer is seeking for a high calibre communications professional to head up the function.
Reporting to the department head and leading a small team, with the objective to enhance the corporate image, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate marketing events strategies and CSR initiatives. For corporate marketing, to enhance and raise brand awareness, you will be driving through-the-line brand initiatives like corporate and client events, signature awards events, online and offline stakeholder engagement /communications, developing corporate stories and etc. With the upcoming company anniversary, you will champion to drive creative initiatives and manage the entire project. For CSR, you will be developing and implementing strategies with the aim to deliver integrated and impactful community and volunteering programmes. Other responsibilities are but not limited to: developing corporate collaterals, drafting event speeches, publicising the community events through media, managing corporate CI guidelines to ensure brand consistency, managing budgets and etc.
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing, Communications / Journalism or a related discipline, with at least15 years of solid experience in driving large-scale events, corporate communications and CSR. Experience working in a sizeable company is highly regarded. You are expected to have excellent event and project management skills, experience in developing corporate branding/marketing initiatives, as well as marketing communications experience. You are a strong leader who is self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is mandatory.
