In support of community projects targeting youth services, in collaboration with external project partners, our client is seeking for a high calibre project management and stakeholder engagement professional to join the team.
Reporting to the project lead, you will be responsible for managing a key scholarship project by monitoring the execution, managing the performance of working partners and evaluating the programme impact. You will be building long-term partnership with local and overseas top-notch universities, education sector professionals and relevant Government bureaus and departments. You will be driving effective operation of the scholarship programme, planning and organizing recruitment, development and engagement programmes for scholars and fellows. You will also be building them into a talent network of future community leaders aspiring to create greater social impact in a sustainable manner. Your other responsibilities are but not limited to: act as host and/or a facilitator in various programmes; events organization and management; lead, mentor and manage staff and resources to achieve team goals.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, CSR and programme management. Working knowledge of operating scholarship schemes, fellowship and exchange programmes is highly regarded. You are expected to have proven successful track record in project management; strong judgement and problem solving skills. You are passionate, willing to take ownership and committed to deliver quality of work and able to collaborate with a team of specialists. Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is mandatory.
