An established statutory organization is seeking for a dynamic and experienced corporate affairs professional to head up the function. 

Reporting to the division head and leading a sizable team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic integrated communications plan at corporate and tactical level, covering a full spectrum of corporate affairs, including corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, executive profiling, content marketing, content development and all forms of content production, as well as management of integrated communications channels like media, social media, customer communications, stakeholder communications and etc.  You will be working closely with senior management and acting as the deputy of the division.  

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in journalism, communications, public administration or a related discipline, with at least 18 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, media and public affairs, with a range of international, regional and local perspective and experience, including at least 7 years’ management experience in leading a diverse team.  Candidates from quasi-government, large corporation, public utilities, and/or business & trade associations are highly regarded.  You are expected to have in-depth understanding of, and experience in dealing with local public affairs and issues, including government policy, community relations, public outreach and handling of reputational and communications issues.  You are a strong and inspiring leader, driven, resourceful, self-motivated, analytical, fast pace, multi-tasking and with strong business acumen and knowledge of macro-economic.  Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills are required.  Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
